Let's Do This! The Nutrition Challenge Starts Tomorrow!

From my family's favorite pizza sauce to the official kick-off of the Nutrition Challenge, let's get you set up to feel good this fall.

Hi Friend,

I've been busy this fall coaching volleyball for our high school team, and I can't believe it’s almost the end of September! Now that we’re a couple of weeks into school being back in session (Jake is in a little 3K program at the elementary school - slow down, my heart!) it’s been nice to get into a new routine, and - honestly - to feel like we have a solid routine again. I’ve been able to reset my own nutrition and fitness routine, get the kids into a groove, and it just feels like a really good time for everyone to reset, review, and recreate our dream lives and to feel good - mind, body, and soul.

My kitchen has been buzzing, too, as I've been cooking up all the amazing harvest from our garden. From hidden veggie mac and cheese to a new go-to pizza sauce, I've been loving getting creative with what's fresh and in season.

Cooking with real, whole foods is at the heart of my coaching philosophy, and it's also at the heart of my family. I wanted to share a few of the recipes we've been loving—they're not on my website yet, but they're too good not to share!

Rooted Recipes from My Kitchen:

  • Dad's BBQ Meatloaf: We've made this at least four times this month, and it's perfect for freezing or eating right away.

The Challenge Starts Tomorrow! Are You Ready?

I am so excited because the 12-Week Performance Nutrition Challenge officially kicks off tomorrow, September 20th!

This challenge is so much more than a meal plan—it's a journey to build a joyful, sustainable relationship with food and your body. We'll find a system that works for your real life and helps you perform with more energy and confidence.

Here's a look at our first few weeks together:

  • Week 1 (Starts Sept 20th): We'll develop a "Green, Yellow, Red" food framework and do a kitchen & pantry overhaul to set you up for success.

  • Week 2 (Starts Sept 27th): We'll track your food to gain valuable insight into your habits—no judgment, just data.

  • Week 3 (Starts Oct 4th): We'll set some goals and build a personalized plan to align with your unique needs.

This is the only time the challenge will be priced this low! Future 12-week challenges will be $180 per 4 weeks. You have two options to join:

  • All-Inclusive Price: $130 per 4 weeks (plus a one-time $30 Starter Kit fee). This includes everything, including 1:1 coaching.

  • New, Entry-Level Price: $40 per 4 weeks (plus a one-time $30 Starter Kit fee). This option is for those who want all the tools and community support without the one-on-one coaching.
