October 10 Workout Inside!

Happy Thursday! We’re 1/3 the way through the month - how are you doing? How are you feeling?

Hopefully you’re seeing that all it takes is looking for a little window of time and you can fit in a workout. Being consistent and finding something you can do consistently is far superior to doing something only once a week - or once a month. And you can get real results in only a short amount of time.

So, here’s our next under-20-minutes workout! You can always lower the AMRAP time if needed/wanted. Today is a little more arms and core related after yesterday’s leg day 💪 

Day 10 Workout

Time to Complete: 18 minutes

Warmup: Complete 2 Rounds

W1, Inverted Hamstring (x 10 each leg)

W2, Lunge and Reach (x 10 each leg)

Set A: 15 Minutes AMRAP

A1, Lunge with Trunk Rotation (x 8 each leg)

A2, YTIs (x 10 each)

A3, Tricep Push-Ups (x 6)

A4, Side Plank (x 30 seconds each side)

A5, Reverse Crunch (x 15)

A6, Shoulder Taps (x 10 each side)
