A1, Glute Bridge ISO Hold (30 seconds)

A2, Glute Bridge Marches (10 each leg)

A3, Fire Hydrants (10 each leg)

Set B (Complete 3 Rounds)

B1, Front to Back Lunge (10 each leg)

B2, Step Ups, Front (Foot perpendicular to the box/stair/step) (x 10 each leg)

B3, Step Ups, Side (Foot parralel to the box/stair/step) (x 10 each leg)

Set C (Complete 3 Rounds)

C1, Lateral Lunges (x 10 each leg)

C2, Sumo Squat (x 10)
