October 17 Workout Inside!

Hi and Happy Thursday!

After yesterday’s glute day, today is calming and a bit more core and arm/shoulder focused. I think it’ll feel yummy 😍 

So let’s get to it -

October 17 Workout

Warmup (Superset x2)

W1, Slow Arm Circles (x 5 each arm)

W2, Upward Facing Dog (x 3 @ 10 seconds)

W3, Plank Walkout (x 5)

Set A (Superset x2)

A1, Incline Mountain Climbers

Option to have hands on the floor vs inclined.

A2, Plank Hold

Set B (Superset x2)

B1, YTIs (x 10 each)

B2, Bear Plank ISO Hold (x30 seconds)

B3, Dead Bugs (x 10 each side)
