Today’s workout is a little shoulders, core and legs/glutes. My daughter has been singing “head, shoulders, knes and toes” lately, so maybe it’s fitting 😃

Time to Complete: 15 minutes

Warmup (W1 - W3, x2)

W1, Downward Dog Toe Touch (x 10 each side)

W2, Bird Dog from High Plank (x 10 each leg)

W2, Couch Stretch (x 30 seconds each leg)

Set A (A1 - A3, x3)

A1, Rolling Plank (x 10 each side)

A2, Slow Mountain Climber (x 10 each leg)

A3, Split Squat (x 6 each leg)
