October 23 Workout Inside!

Good Morning!

It’s Wednesday! Our village celebrates Halloween this week, so there’s been some fun activities downtown and trick-or-treating is this weekend. I’ve had all of the Disney Halloween favorites on repeat this week, soaking it all up before Halloween passes and we move to Thanksgiving and then on to all of the December festivities.

All to say, we’ve got to fit our workouts in with all of the other things that we love. That’s why we go for minimum effective dose - today’s is quick and easy, and a little stress relieving, and will get us through this “hump day.”

October 23 Workout

Time to Complete: 12 minutes

Warmup (Complete 3 Rounds of W1 and W2, then 2 rounds of W3)

W1, Neck Rotation (x 5 each side)

W2, Neck Flexion and Extension (x5 each side)

W3, Deep Squat Rotation (x 5 each side)

Set A (A1 - A4, x2)

A1, Pushup to Shoulder Tap (x10)

A2, Bench Dips (x10)

A3, Squats (x10)

A4, Glute Bridge ISO Hold (x 1 minute)
