October 24 Workout Inside!

Good Morning!

I hope your week is going well! We’re heading to my brother’s for a Halloween weekend, so we’ll be hitting the road as soon as my daughter gets out of school. Send me some happy and calming thoughts for me + a 2 and 4 year old as we navigate an 8 hour drive 😍 

I’ll be getting my workout in early and doing some makeshift mobility along the way. We’ve got the car loaded up, I picked the best toddler snacks I could think of, and we’re just going to be wrapping up and getting ready to leave for most of the day.

Today’s workout is another one you could easily split into 2 if you’re pressed for time today. Let me know how it goes!

October 24 Workout

Time to Complete: 20 Minutes

Set A (A1 - A3, 3x)

A1, Toe Touch to Squat and Reach (x10)

A2, Lateral Lunge (x 6 each leg)

A3, Inverted Hamstring (x 6 each leg)

Set B (B1 - B3, 3x)

B1, Hinge with Reach ISO Hold (x 30 seconds)

B2, Squat ISO Hold (x 30 seconds)

B3, Triple Extension Calf Raise (x 10 each leg)
