October 25 Workout Inside!

It’s Friday!

I love a good Friday workout. I love the feeling of ending a week strong, which also might be why I love ending a year strong.

That said, today’s could really be pushing that 20 minute mark depending on how much time you take between exercises and sets, so feel free to split it up or cut back if needed. Something is better than nothing ❤️

Warmup (1 time each)

W1, Down Dog to Up Dog to Child’s Pose (x 8 rounds)

W2, World’s Greatest Stretch (x 5 each leg)

Set A (A1 - A3, 2x)

A1, Reverse Lunge with Rotation (x 6 each leg)

A2, Reverse Crunch (x10)

A3, Reverse Plank (x 30 seconds)

Set B (B1 - B3, 2x)

B1, Lunge and Reach (x 8 each)

B2, Plank with Alternating Reach (x 10 each)

B3, Hinge with External Rotation (x 10)
