We’ve eased into the week the last couple weeks, but it’s the last week of Sweaty October this week - we’re getting after it!

October 28 Workout

Time to Complete: 15-20 minutes

Warmup: Complete 2 Times

W1, Toe Touch to Deep Squat and reach (x 8)

W2, World’s Greatest Stretch (x 5 each side)

Set A: 10 Min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

A1, Reverse Lunge with Rotation (x 8 each side)

A2, High Plank with Shoulder Tap (x 10 each side)

A3, Wide Stance Lateral Lunge (x 8 each side) 

A4, Pushups (x 10)

Do whatever variation is best for you - incline and/or on knees will decrease intensity, decline or from plan will increase intensity.

A5, Marching Glute Bridge (x 10 each leg)

A6, Knee to Elbow Plank (x 10 each side)
