October 29 Workout Inside!

Hi All!

We had a fantastic long weekend at my brother’s house. They have a wonderful, old house build around 1914 and it’s just perfect for Halloween (it’s perfect all the time, but it’s really fun being there for Halloween celebrations).

Actual Halloween is in just a couple days - and that will wrap up Sweaty October as well! How are you feeling? Any favorite workouts?

I hope you love today’s! It’s all core-related, and the get-ups and windmills are building blocks to full, strength-building exercises in the future. If you’re tight on time, this is a really easy one to split into two mini-workouts.

October 29 Workout

Time to Complete: 15 Minutes

Set A (Superset A1 - A3, Repeat 3x)

This is potentially skill-building more than strength-building right now, so you can do without weight or with something light to build the skill. Form is more important than the weight lifted.

A1, World’s Greatest Stretch (x 5 each side)

A2, Turkish Get-Up to Elbow (x 4 each side)

A3, Half-Kneeling Windmill (x 4 each side)

Set B: 6 Minute Abs

Set a timer for 6 minutes and do each exercise for 1 minute.

B1, Bicycle Crunch

B2, Flutter Kicks

B3, Side Plank L

B4, Side Plank R

B5, Scissor Kicks

B6, Superman
