Wow! Can you believe that October ends after tomorrow??

I’ve had a lot of fun putting these together and I hope they helped you see that you can always fit a workout into your life. Building and maintaining muscle and strength is your best tool in losing fat, maintaining metabolic function, and feeling great for the rest of your life.

Warmup: 1 set each

W1, Crawling ( x 1 minute)

W2, Spiderman Crawling (x 1 minute)

Set A (A1 - A3, repeat 3x)

A1, Bench Dips (x 10)

A2, Pushup Hold (x 30 seconds)

A3, Marching Glute Bridge (x 10 each leg)

Set B (B1 - B2, repeat 3x)

B1, 4 Point Scapula Pushup

B2, Dead Bugs
