October 8 Workout + Week 1 Recap Inside!

A good friend of mine told me that the weekend email didn’t send out - thanks for being with me through these growing and learning pains!

To help make up for that, I compiled all of Week 1 into a document for you to access or reference at some point when you need a little workout inspo:

Day 8 Workout

Time: 20 minutes

Warmup: Complete each 2x

W1, Plank Walkouts (x 10)

W2, Deep Squat Rotation (x 10 each arm)

Set A: Superset A1 then A2, Complete 3 Rounds

A1, Push-Up to Side Plank (x 10 total push-ups)

A2, Front-to-Back Lunge (x 10 each direction)

Set B: Superset B1 then B2, Complete 3 Rounds

B1, Wall Hinge with Rotation (x 10 each direction)

B2, Hinge with External Rotation (x 10)

You could do these with or without weight. They’re deceptively challenging, so I would start with no weight and go from there.
